Chest, Triceps and Shoulders

It's Friday, I feel like I've done a lot and my body is feeling worn. I definitely have some delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) happening and it's making moving around very difficult. Nevertheless, the show must go on! I had a pretty good workout - I maintained on most of my weights which I'm happy with considering the muscle soreness I have. I feel pretty good about myself right now.

The boyfriend and I went to a birthday party for a friend at a nice restaurant. I threw out my healthy eating and ordered what I wanted to eat and what I wanted to drink. The meal was good, the beer was delicious and dessert tasted fantastic. My boyfriend is somewhat of a purist, if he doesn't have to deviate from his diet he won't. Myself, I believe it's fine to indulge in foods that you shouldn't every now and then. The key is that it should be every now and then and not every day.
