Today is my favorite day - core. I love doing crazy exercises using kettle bells and weighted balls to strengthen those core muscles! Today however, I was totally pooped. Recovering from my cheat meal/beer drinking and coming off an epic shopping trip .. I was tired! My workout suffered from my fatigue.
I did make a pretty awesome quick dinner though - a spinach and feta omelet. Eggs, huge handful of spinach, feta and some salt and pepper = delicious!
