Cardio

Today I had a full day (work and French class) so I only had time to do a hit of cardio at the gym. After yesterday's soccer game I think working on my running, especially my burst speed, would most benefit my game. However, today .. whether it was body fatigue after playing late last night, or just plain ol' fatigue from not getting enough sleep, I gassed early on in my treadmill workout. I did complete 30 minutes, but it was not my best 30 minutes.
