Hello, my name is Katy

Going to the gym relaxes me, it slows things down and makes everything make sense - even though it really doesn't. I go with my boyfriend which can be very fun and challenging. We are pretty competitive with each other and usually egg each other on which usually ends in both of us getting bigger lifting results.

My goals.. I'd like to eventually get down to a firm 172lbs instead of the wobbly 199lbs that I currently am. I want to not wake up and have all my joints crack. I want to challenge myself every single day of my life. Oh, and I do want to say that at one point in my life my abdominal muscles were showing.

Things that are in my way of achieving those goals? My love for beer, wine and fine foods. My overwhelming need to sleep or watch TV instead of do anything else. My retail management income and work hours. Oh, and the cost of parking at the gym.
